MOSCOW, July 1. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin places ahead initiatives that are aimed at overhauling the program of intercontinental relations, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov claimed in an interview with Russia’s Television Channel A person on Thursday.
“President Putin pursues the line in direction of overhauling the method of international relations,” Peskov reported.
The Kremlin spokesman recalled the Russian president’s initiative to keep a summit of the UN Protection Council lasting customers. “It has not been carried out nonetheless but this initiative is aimed exactly at carrying out this overhaul,” the Kremlin spokesman explained.
As another illustration, the Russian presidential spokesman outlined Putin’s attempts “to construct relations with the United States”. As Peskov admitted, “the summit took location in Geneva, and we do not realize nevertheless, how and to what extent those accords and those understandings attained in Geneva will be implemented.”
The Kremlin spokesman also described “Putin’s regular messages to Brussels and European countries about the readiness to create relations and the readiness to go as far in these relations as the companions are ready for”.
“And we see the uneasy predicament, in which the European Union has uncovered itself now, and we see that all those nations that are the engine of the whole EU recognize that this dialogue is required and there is no alternative to it,” the Kremlin spokesman pressured, outlining that he meant Germany and France.
“But the newer EU states are just hoping to make a concrete wall in between Brussels and Moscow, and these tranquil and really constructive messages by President Putin break against this concrete wall of the EU’s more recent associates though these engines can’t do just about anything about it,” Peskov said.
